"Well I Have an iPhone 6"

Each and everyone of us might have the distinctive enthusiast on something that we love. Let it be on trending fashion, extreme sports, addicting miniature collection or even the craze for the top-notch gadgets. For some, they might even spend an astronomical amount on buying the respective items, just for contentment of their own pleasure.

Talking about gadgets, here come the thing that many of the worldwide users are craving for; the new released iPhone 6. As the strong influence within the smartphones market range given by the world-renowned IT company; Apple Inc, "having an iPhone" is somehow pinned on top of almost everyone's wish list.

Let's imagine, we already restricted our monthly expenditure just to buy the sensational iPhone 6. We hold back our strongest desire to dine at the exquisite restaurants, keep away our wallet on buying the premium designer labels, all of these for months long, just to buy the smartphone of our dream. Looking on the price tag of the smartphone that started from RM2399 onwards, it's never been a simple battle neither for both of your account saving nor your never-ending desire to spend.

Then the time has finally arrive. Right after the iPhone's official released was made, you're dashing straight to the nearest gadget store that sold the item. Here come the day that you will exchange all of the huge amount of money that you had saved up before, solely just to buy the iPhone 6. Then the payment was successfully made. Finally, the sleek metal body of the iPhone is already firm in your own hand. The sensation of joy just sparkling from your face as you managed to buy the smartphone of your dream!

Starting from the day that you bought the iPhone, it'd never go off from your hand. Wherever you're heading to, the phone must be brought along and be kept safe in your pocket. For which sidewalk that you walk, there must be some strangers kept lurking to you and mumbled "Wow that dude got the new iPhone 6". It somehow really lift you up as you're now being among the earliest "iPhone user".

Commuting from your house to the office by taking a LRT is becoming a daily routine for you. One day, after alighting from the train at the train station, to your ultimate fear, your iPhone is gone from your pocket! With a baited breath, you rushed back to the train station and trying to trace back the phone, searching high and low in high hope to find it back.

But the bad luck seemed to befall you. The search turned to no avail. The phone was just simply gone, even without a slightest trace. The surge of dreadful emotion that engulfs you at that time was just horrendous. Looking back on the fact that you already saved up for all this long months, sacrifice everything just to have the phone. In a matter of split seconds, you just lost it.

For the proceeding moment, you're in deep sorrow, mourning for the lost phone. It might take months just to get rid from the feeling of frustration and regret of the lost phone. All of the sacrifices that you have done for this long, simply vanished into the thin air. Then from that very moment, you just realised that for this while, you just solely "attached" to this one thing - the lost iPhone 6.

For you, it might be such a great loss in losing the phone. But have you ever think that there's something far more valuable that to an extent, it will be such a huge loss for you in case you missed doing it? Would you ever have the thought of "What about when I missed doing the 2 rakaat of Qabliah sunat prayer before Fajr?"

"Well it just two rakaat though.."

Yes, the sunat prayer might just need to be done for 2 rakaat only. Seems simple and not burdening. But have you ever wonder what's the true value of the Fajr's Qabliah prayer? The fact is, the amount of reward given by Allah for doing the sunat prayer is far exceeding from all of the Earth's contents and even beyond. The exact value is never been close when we compared even with the most valuable things that humanity could ever known. To make a quick comparison, what's the number of the iPhone being used worldwide as for now? Well let say, 20 million? But truly, the true reward of performing the Qabliah prayer is far more precious when it comes to the iPhone.

"The reward of performing the Fajr's Qabliah sunat prayer
is far exceeding all of the Earth's content and beyond"

"For those who placed the akhirat as their obsession, so Allah will ease all of their way. Their heart is well enriched and the world will come after them humbly. And for those who placed duniya as their obsession, Allah will not ease their way, make them poor and the world will come to them as restricted as being fated to them"
(HR Ibnu Majah)

It's undeniable that everyone among us do have their own "attachment" for the different aspect of this world. For some, money is their ultimate priority. For some, their future plan, promising career and friendship bond that being put on the top list in their life. And for other some, they being attached to a rope. Wait..... A rope? Yes, Allah's rope! They put their fullest strength and support to His rope. As for them, the temporary luxury that duniya stands to offer, never intrigue them to eradicate away the importance of the Akhirat's life, that is far more believing than those existed in this little fragile world.

As that rope is the sole way in seeking for the redha of Allah, they'll entangle their grip away from any other unnecessary attachment. As they completely understand, which one of the rope is the most compromising rope that they must have the tight hold for. After all, they realised that the temporary life in this world is only the enjoyment of deception. Nothing more.

To sum up, just remember that Islam doesn't drain away the luxury from both of your hands, but it takes it away from your heart!

"And hold fast, all of you together, to the rope of Allah (this Quran), and be not divided upon yourselves, and remember Allah's favour on you, for you one enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His grace, you become brothers in Islamic faith.."

The Holy Quran, Surah Al Imran [3:103]
